Robert (also known as Jeff or RD) has been the owner/operator of R D Jones Electric LLC since 2004. He has over 30 years of experience in the electrical trade and is a Master Electrician in the State of Virginia. He also holds a West Virginia electrical license. He spends his time between Waynesboro, VA, and his log cabin in Moorefield, VA.

Tim is a lead electrician and holds his Journeyman’s license and has been with our company off and on since 2004. He graduated from Buckingham County High School in 2010 and enlisted in the United States Army from 2012 to 2016. He started as a full-time employee after his stint in the Army and has been with us ever since. Tim is married to Ashley and has four children, two boys, and two girls, and plays a mean game of cornhole on Friday nights.

Clarence is a lead electrician and has been with our company since November 2020. He worked with Robert in a previous life, and finally, after many attempts to lure him away, he accepted the offer to join our team. He loves spending time with his family and is a dedicated and loyal employee with a wealth of electrical and construction knowledge.

Robert “Tyler” has been helping his father and R D Jones Electric LLC since he was a young lad, working summers, winter breaks, and snow days off from school. He attended Waynesboro High School until his Junior year, then moved to Sunny California. He graduated from Desert Hot Springs High School in 2021. Upon graduation, he traveled back across the United States to the East Coast. He is now a current student at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA, and is a right-handed pitcher for the baseball team.

Kerri (RD’s wife) has been in the background of R D Jones Electric LLC since its establishment in 2004. She has been a financial controller in the construction industry since 2000 and currently works remotely for an emergency mitigation services company out of Thousand Palms, CA. When she isn’t working her full-time job, she helps pick up the slack for the guys out in the field. She also holds a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Business Management which she received in May 2022.

Sierra assumes the role of office manager at RD Jones Electric LLC, overseeing daily operations. In addition to her office duties, she actively assists the field team as an electrical helper. She draws from her experience in the construction and real estate industry, including communication with legal professionals, inspectors, agents, and builders. Sierra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. Outside of work, she finds joy in the company of her boyfriend, Jason & their three canine companions, Bonnie, Duke, and Delilah.
