Robert, also known as Jeff or R.D., has been the owner and operator of R D Jones Electric LLC since founding the company in 2004. With more than 30 years of experience in the electrical trade, he is a Master Electrician in the Commonwealth of Virginia and also holds an electrical license in West Virginia.

R.D. splits his time between Waynesboro and Fairfield, Virginia. Outside of work, he enjoys working on trucks, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Tim is a lead electrician and holds his Journeyman’s license and has been with our company off and on since 2004. He graduated from Buckingham County High School in 2010 and enlisted in the United States Army from 2012 to 2016. He started as a full-time employee after his stint in the Army and has been with us ever since. Tim is married to Ashley and has four children, two boys, and two girls, and plays a mean game of cornhole on Friday nights.

Robert "Tyler" has been involved with R D Jones Electric LLC from a young age, helping his father during summers, winter breaks, and even snow days off from school. He attended Waynesboro High School through his junior year before relocating to Southern California, where he graduated from Desert Hot Springs High School in 2021.

After graduation, Tyler returned to the East Coast and earned his bachelor's degree from Bridgewater College, where he was a right-handed pitcher for the Eagles baseball team. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys playing on an adult softball team and giving back to the community by coaching Little League baseball.

Kerri (R.D.'s wife) has been a part of R D Jones Electric LLC since the company was founded in 2004. While she works full-time as a Financial Controller, she also lends a hand with the family business whenever needed, helping keep operations running smoothly and supporting the field crew.

With more than 25 years of experience in construction accounting and financial management, Kerri brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She also earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Management in May 2022.

Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting the continued growth of the family business.

Sierra serves as the Office Manager at R D Jones Electric LLC, overseeing the company's daily operations and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. In addition to managing the office, she frequently assists the field team as an electrical helper.. She has experience in both the construction and real estate industries and enjoys working with homeowners, builders, inspectors, attorneys, and real estate professionals. In addition to her role at    R D Jones Electric, Sierra also serves as a Transaction Coordinator with Long & Foster Real Estate, helping guide real estate transactions from contract to closing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Jason, and their four dogs.
